The most traditional and typical chorizo format in Spain. At Palacios, we have been making strung, horseshoe chorizo for generations and nowadays we have a wide variety of both weights and flavours. Sweet, smoked, spicy are just some of the flavours in different categories, Extra or Primera and weights ranging from 150 to 500 g.

Semicured chorizo is an intermediate chorizo between fresh and dried. It can be used as a complement for dishes in the same way as fresh chorizo or cooked in 1 minute in the microwave and it's ready to eat. It is available in different weights although the most common is 200 g.
